Last Updated: 13/09/2024

Welcome to Case Collective UK! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. General Information
Case Collective UK ("we," "us," or "our") is a company that specialises in handmade phone cases. Our products are available for purchase through our website [casecollectiveuk.com].

2. Product Information
2.1 All phone cases sold by Case Collective UK are handmade, making each item unique. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there may be slight variations in colour, design, and appearance compared to the images shown on our website. All effort will be made to ensure the likeness of each product to the pictures, but no guarantee can be made.

2.2 Please note that although our cases are shockproof, they are primarily designed for aesthetic purposes and may not provide significant protection against drops, impacts, or other forms of damage. We recommend using additional protective accessories if enhanced protection is required.

2.3 All our products have been tested to ensure durability; however, due to the materials used, severe wear and tear or intentional attempts to peel off the case may cause damage. Case Collective UK reserves the right to deny a refund, replacement or exchange if it is determined that excessive force or purposeful damage has been applied to the case.

2.4 As our products are handmade, they may be subject to damage despite the use of high-quality materials. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the absence of defects. Should a product arrive damaged or defective, please contact us, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis. Case Collective UK is not obligated to issue a refund, replacement or exchange.

3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Ordering:
To place an order, you must be of legal age to purchase an online product in your country and possess a valid payment method. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Customers shall not be entitled to a refund or replacement if they subsequently decide to change their mind regarding the purchase of a product.

3.2 Payment:
Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. Prices for our products are displayed in GBP, unless otherwise specified, and include any applicable taxes.

3.3 Order Confirmation:
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This email will include your order details and an estimated delivery date.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Free shipping is offered for orders placed within the UK, Guernsey and Jersey. International shipping prices will be shown at checkout. Once the product has been shipped, Case Collective UK will not be held liable for any damage, delays, loss, defects, or issues that occur during transit.

4.2 Delivery:

We aim to dispatch orders within 10-15 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Once your order is confirmed, please expect delivery within 12-25 business days, which includes the time required for handcrafted production and shipping. This is an estimated timeframe, and we cannot be held responsible for any external delays once the product has been dispatched. International orders outside the UK may take longer, though every effort will be made to ensure timely delivery. Case Collective UK is not liable for any delays or loss of product caused by the shipping company.

Case Collective UK will not be responsible for any customs duties or VAT fees upon the package's arrival; all such fees must be handled and paid by the customer.

5. Delays in Fulfilment

5.1 Case Collective UK shall not be held liable for any delays, failure to accept customer orders, or inability to ship products if such issues arise due to:

(a) production capacity limitations;
(b) demand exceeding available supply;
(c) labor strikes or lockouts; or
(d) any circumstances beyond Case Collective UK's control.

6. Returns, Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges. Please ensure the correct phone case size has been selected before confirmation. Returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges will not be issued for any errors made by the customer.

Replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis only as outlined in section 2.4

7. Acknowledgement of Risks
By purchasing from Case Collective UK, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with our handmade products. While we strive to ensure high quality and craftsmanship, please be aware that:
